Go to RVABinBros.com/book. Pick your neighborhood, how many bins, and your preferred date. Pay securely by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Takes 60 seconds. You'll get a confirmation text immediately.

CONFIRMATION TEXT
Right after booking you'll get a text confirming your date and a reminder to have bins at the curb by 9am on your service day. That's the only thing you need to do.

DAY-BEFORE REMINDER
The evening before your service day, you'll get a friendly reminder text. No login needed, no app to check — just a simple text so you don't forget to put bins out.

ON-MY-WAY TEXT
When we're 15–30 minutes away from your stop, you'll get an ETA text. You don't need to be home — but you'll know exactly when we're coming. Connect to your outdoor spigot and outlet. Done.

DONE + PHOTO TEXT
After cleaning we text you a before/after photo so you can see the difference. Your receipt is included in the same message. We're off to the next neighbor — your bins are clean until we see you next time.

Put your bins at the curb by 9am on your scheduled day. That's it. We do everything else — connect to your outdoor water spigot and outdoor electrical outlet, pressure wash, rinse, deodorize, and leave. You don't need to be home.
No. We connect to your outdoor spigot and outlet — both are typically on the exterior of the house. We clean and leave. You'll get a done text with before/after photos so you see the results.
We'll text you immediately. If you can put them out within 5 minutes, we'll wait. If not, we'll reschedule you for the next route day in your neighborhood at no extra charge. We won't charge you for a missed stop.
Yes. We use Simple Green (EPA Safer Choice Certified, phosphate-free, biodegradable), Green Gobbler 30% Vinegar (single ingredient — acetic acid), and Pinalen pine oil finish. All biodegradable and safe for lawns, pets, and storm drains. No bleach. No harsh solvents.

About 15 minutes for 1 bin, up to 40 minutes for 4 bins. We batch jobs by neighborhood for route efficiency, so your actual window will be confirmed the morning of your service day.
