Started by Baylor and Ridgeley on Fox Branch Court. Still growing, one bin at a time.
We're Baylor and Ridgeley — two brothers from Midlothian who started RVA Bin Bros to earn money doing real work in our own neighborhood.
It started simple: a pressure washer, a wagon, and a few willing neighbors on Fox Branch Court. We showed up, cleaned their bins, and they texted their neighbors. That's still how it works.
We do everything ourselves — booking, cleaning, scheduling, customer service. Our dad Matt (and Meredith Ventures 93 LLC) handles the business side, but the work is ours.
We use 100% eco-safe products. Not because someone told us to — because our customers have kids, dogs, and driveways that drain into the same watershed we all share. Simple Green, vinegar, and pine oil. Nothing that doesn't belong on your lawn.
The 23112 and 23233 corridors drain into Swift Creek Reservoir and local waterways that supply drinking water to the Richmond region. Phosphates, solvents, and bleach-based cleaners accumulate in these systems.
We chose our products specifically because they're biodegradable and safe — EPA Safer Choice certified Simple Green, pure acetic acid vinegar, and pine oil. We aim rinse water at the grass, not the gutter. We do this because it's the right thing to do, and because our neighbors' kids and pets play in these same neighborhoods.
RVA Bin Bros operates under Meredith Ventures 93 LLC, a family-owned LLC based in Richmond VA. The LLC provides the business infrastructure — contracts, payments, and oversight — while Baylor and Ridgeley own the operation.
Matt oversees safety, logistics, and planning. The work is the boys' — and so is the income.
